We bought 3 of these machines for our homes. They do work well, and for most scenarios quiet. However, (even being sold and shipped by Amazon) you will not be able to find a replacement filters which are required after 3-4 months of use. Contacted Amazon for help after thorough searches on both Amazon and the internet. Amazon just offered a refund of about 2/3 of money spent stating ‘on an exception!’ I just want filters.Anyhow they would be great if I could keep using them.It’s a long game scam. DO NOT BUY!
