Yellow Jacket, 78718, 18" High Temperature Pressure Control Hose, 1/4" Straight x 90 Degree Pressure control hose is constructed of a thermoplastic polymer inner tube and cover to eliminate the vibration failures of copper capillary tube installations. Features: The higher temperature ratings up to 266 degree F eliminate the failures caused by maximum loads on rubber hoses Polyester braid reinforcement with high tensile strength and high modulus withstand higher pressures Hex nuts are steel and finished with black zinc. Copper gaskets provide the best possible seal Yellow color makes hose easily visible inside system. Note: Hose fittings should be mounted in a way to accommodate the bend of the hose and nicely fit in the connections, and not being forced into the male connectors applying stress and tension.
